Mongerz Returns & Refund Policy | Easy Online Clothing Returns

Overview

At Mongerz – your trusted online fashion clothing store, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please note, due to hygiene and safety reasons, some fashion products cannot be returned (see below).

Non-Returnable Fashion Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable in online fashion shopping, including:

• Clothes marked as “final sale”
• Gift cards & digital vouchers
• Personal care & hygiene-related items (socks, face masks, undergarments etc.)

To complete your return, you must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

All returns must be processed through Mongerz online store – please do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as:

• Clothing returned not in original condition or missing tags.
• Items damaged for reasons not caused by Mongerz.
• Any item returned after the 30-day policy window.
• Clearance and final-sale items.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider (refund posting may take time).
3. Contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale & Discounted Items

• Only regular-priced clothing items can be refunded.
• Sale items, promotional products, and clearance styles are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (Size & Defects)

Need a different size? Wrong item received? At Mongerz, we offer easy exchanges on fashion items if they are defective, damaged, or don’t fit right.

Simply email us at info@mongerz.com with your order number, and send the item to the return address provided by our team.

Gifts

• If your clothing item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• If the gift was ordered and shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go back to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns

To return your clothing item, ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

• Customers cover their own return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance. Mongerz is not responsible for items lost in transit.
